There is nothing tastier and more enjoyable than home-made pasta, once you have tried this, you will never go back to store bought pasta. It really is great and you can involve the kids at home too with rolling and shaping. Along with some phenomenal Italian dishes – this is the class to do.

Think nice thick tomato sauce (base for nearly anything), Risotto and all though fresh herbs.
