Sushi Master Class by Chef Miya
Chef Miyamoto will show you the making of two different kinds of sushi
Then he will show you how to make prawn tempura and method of plating sushi
Hands on making of sushi by guests to make their own:
Prawn tempura California rolls
Salmon Tekka Cubed marinated salmon with steamed rice and chopped Takuan topped with Kiri nori (julienne seaweed)

Saturday 23rd January 2021 – starting at 10h00
Thursday 4th February 2021 – starting at 18h00
Saturday 20th February 2021 – starting at 10h00
Thursday 4th March 2021 – starting at 18h00
Cost R600 per person
Start Time, 09h45/17h45 Arrival and class will start at 10h00/18h00 sharp, and you will be finished by no later than 12h30/20h30.
The cost of the course incudes a welcome drink on arrival, a Chef’s Hat, the use of our Apron for the event, all your ingredients, and all utensils required., as well as Tea, Coffee and Water.
